He rapidly landed some of Santa Barbara's most prestigious clients, including Downey's Restaurant, Art Essentials, Camerata Pacifica, and the French Festival. The KDB Website was twice voted Santa Barbara's Best Website in the Santa Barbara News-Press Reader's Poll.

After teaming with XO Communications, one of the world's largest web hosting companies, the business quickly expanded to include clients with existing sites who simply wanted to take advantage of the superior hosting services at the best prices available anywhere.

In 2001, creation of the New West Symphony Website led to a focus on an affordable online ticketing solution for large and small performing arts organizations.
